At Zaynomart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔄 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns     

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Tags, labels, and any accessories must be intact

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Note: Items such as beauty products and personal care items are not returnable if opened, due to hygiene reasons.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at akmarket60@gmail.com with the following:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• You will be notified via email once your refund is processed

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used health & beauty products

• Items returned after the 14-day window

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
